Great opportunity for recent IT Graduates to join the Service Desk/Help Desk Team at a Fortune 500 Company located in Colorado Springs, CO. Use your understanding of information systems to assist users with hardware and software related issues. This class is expected to start January, 2015.Required:
Qualified candidates must have:
- Associate's Degree in IT, Bachelor's Degree in IT is preferred
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (Candidates with lower GPAs will be considered if they have one-year of technical work experience in a corporate setting)
- Degree in hand by January, 2015
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well in a team atmosphere
- A passion for technology
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Must be available weekends and for shifts outside normal business hours
Plusses:
- Related work experience in a technical field, especially in help/service desk environment
