Uses Sales Force dashboards and reports to manage the fulfillment review function daily. Codes and reviews the ages of accounts to help determine the next step on how digital postcard will be dropped. Sends items for rework to writing team and previews to advertiser and sales. Opens queries in Sales Force on accounts lacking approval. Partners with consultants, writers and mangers across all teams to ensure that drops are processed on time.
Resolves escalation cases by researching account history. Provides detailed analysis of findings to service managers and to senior management for learning opportunities.
Researches claims to determine if claim should be charged back to the department or elsewhere (sales rep, manager, etc.) and provides supporting documentation to service manager group.
Verifies sales provided content by validating that content provided is accurate and sufficient enough to create a digital postcard. Opens queries in CSS and Sales Force on accounts that fail verification process. Moves accounts that pass verification on to consultants for processing.
Schedules appointments on behalf of consultants so that they can facilitate the fulfillment of the digital postcard with sales/advertiser.
Assigns workflows in Sales Force daily to consultants so they can start processing work. Reassigns workflows in Sales Force to new consultants who take over an account when the previous consultant has left the company or when an account is just being reassigned to a different consultant.
Performs immediate consultations with sales/advertisers as needed utilizing knowledge of the marketing principles via in-bound and out-bound phone calls. The purpose of the consultation is to facilitate the fulfillment of a product and design process. Inventory Support Analyst is responsible for the call, gathering the content and instructions and handing it off to the assigned consultant

Performs other related duties as required such as accutrace research as needed.

SKILLS:

Skills Required:
General understanding of advertising principles and user -centered design, design terminology required
Software knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word, and Outlook Express;
Salesforce experience skills a plus
Consultative Experience required
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Exceptional Customer Service and organizational skills
Project management experience and ability to self-direct are critical
Working in a fast paced environment with the ability to remain flexible
The ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
Proactively communicate issues to management and seek assistance

Skill/Experience/Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required

Desired:
Experience in Marketing and/or Direct Marketing, Account Management, or equivalent work experience
