You work on automating standard operations. The act types range from reading and processing data to build an integration with external systems.
Tasks include:

IT Control & Security (ICS) provides a 7x24-hour operation and monitoring of the central infrastructure and applications of Rabobank. It is the central place where faults can be notified. In the central infrastructure IT Control & Security consists of three departments, each with its own function, namely:
Managed Services Monitoring: Monitoring and Automation
Security: Operational Security and Product Management
IT Process Services: evolving and Management ITIL processes
Team Development Monitoring Tools is responsible for channeling new customer requirements to existing ICS services and participates in projects for the development of new services based on project assignment issued by Product Management.
Within the team you will work together with nine colleagues on OO/SA.
Job requirements
For this position we are looking for a specialist:
- Bachelor degree
- Basic Linux server systems
- Basic knowledge of Windows server systems
- Experience as a developer of runbooks (flows)
- Experience with the use of HP SA
Additional knowledge requirements:
- Good command of the English language
- Basic knowledge of ITIL
- Knowledge of and experience with Scripting
The following knowledge is a plus:
- Knowledge of the entire HP ITPS Suite (uCMDB, BSM, OMI, SM)
- Knowledge of and experience with Web Services
- Experience with Jira
- Experience as an end user with Service Manager
- Experience as a developer of runbooks (flows) in OO version 10
