Your tasks:
- Handling of support calls (40%)
- Handle first line escalations from Service Desk
- Assignments of IP addresses
- Assignments of Switchport and VLAN
- Handle support escalation, advanced troubleshooting, Performance Monitoring, and continuous service improvement (30%)
- Daily Support for Cisco Campus Network consisting of 15 buildings across Cambridge and Boston
Your qualifications
- Expertise in configuring and supporting F5 LTM and GTM appliances
- Work experience in performance and connectivity troubleshooting
- Experience in wireless connectivity troubleshooting
- Very good level in using TCPDUMP and Network Sniffers for advanced troubleshooting
- Knowledge of QoS, VoIP, VRF, VRRP, HSRP, STP
- Very good Cisco Wireless knowledge - WCS, WISM, Controllers, LWAP, Clean Air
- Demonstrated experience with Cisco Nexus 7K, 5K, 2K
- Fluent in English
