Description
Our client based in the Saint Gallen area of Switzerland is looking for a Senior Software Engineer on a Permanent basis, This is an English speaking position, other language skills would be advantageous but not necessary.Your main tasks include:
Software architecture of a complex multi-threaded client-server application running on heterogeneous systems
Software development to build modular, complex, and high quality solutions
Heading the code review / coaching the team members
Leading the SCRUM session
Write quality code and support automated tests
Software documentation
Your technical profile:
University qualification (or equivalent) in computer-science or in a related discipline
More than five years working experience
Languages: C#, VB.NET (Legacy Code), C++, Java
Tools: Visual Studio , UML
Technologies: WPF, WCF, XAML, T-SQL
Strong background in object-oriented programming (OOP)
Experience as a SCRUM master
Further experience:
Good coaching experience
Experience in designing relational database models
Full exposure to the software development lifecycle
Ability to accurately capture and analyze software requirements
Pro-active approach to problem solving
Team player in an international environment
Work experience in agile software development setting is a plus point
Experience in developing real-time solutions will be a plus point
