The ClientA higher education authority is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track history of delivering Building Operation programmes.
The Role
The project will last for about 5 months and will oversee the integration of several key areas:
- Building Security Systems Integration
- IT Service delivery
- Implementation of Audio-Visual services
- Management of third party suppliers
- Telephony projects
The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder management, proven track record of delivery in large and small projects.
- Ideally a PRINCE2 qualified
- Management experience of utilising headcount for maximum efficiency
- Management of defect reporting
- Management of communication and technical information to a non-technical audience.
