IT Helpdesk Analyst Level 1/IT Support/Desktop Support/Technical Support

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Support interested in a 9 months contract in Dublin

This role will involve working within the support team and provide the technical knowledge via phone in order to permanently resolve any IT problems.

Skills required

  • Phone support experience necessary
  • Previous Technical Helpdesk or Technical Call Center experience
  • MS Office
  • Internet
  • Windows Operating system:Servers: Windows 2000, Windows 2003
  • Clients: Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98
