Credit Trading COO - Front Office - Investment Bank
A leading investment bank have a fantastic interim opportunity for a Chief Operating Officer for their Fixed Income credit trading business to play a key role in supporting the credit and syndicate businesses globally.
As a Chief Operating Officer you will work closely with business heads and other COOS to manage the development of the credit business and also working with infrastructure teams to manage changes being implemented across the business This will entail developing and optimising business processes, providing support to sales and trading initiatives, delving on regulatory requirements, tracking human resources changes, budget management, performance management, expense management, new product development and other ad hoc team.
You should apply for this role if you have:
- 10+ years Front Office experience within a top tier investment banking environment
- Previous experience as a COO/Senior Business Manager is required for this role
- Deep Fixed Income Credit business knowledge is an absolute prerequisite for the role
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution
This is an initial six month contract compensated at £800-£900/day based London.
