* System Trainer - Edinburgh - £18ph full time - 3 to 6 month.*
Our Edinburgh based Public Sector client has a fantastic opportunity for an Systems Trainer to learn/understand then design and deliver the training/training materials for a new HR workforce system across this organisation.
Key Duties:
- Design then deliver job specific training to super users of a new HR workforce system
- Raise awareness across this organisation of the new system
- Design training manuals/user guides, workshops and E-learning by identifying training needs.
- Conducting system needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, work flow, and reports; understanding job-specific functions and tasks.
Essential Experience/Skills:
- Designing bespoke training
- Delivering training
- Designing training material eg, user guides, training manuals, E-learning,
- Identifying organisation training needs in relation to a system
- Delivering E-learning, workshops
Desirable Experience/Skills:
- NHS experience
- Experience with Oracle HRMS
