Finance Administrator

Paying up to £12.50 per hour based in Bracknell

Do you want to utilise your administration skills within a finance environment. What to play a vital part of other employees expenses and pensions and be there to support? Then this is the role:

Our client is a world leading diversified technology company based in Bracknell who are looking for a Finance Administrator to help with Pension, Employee expenses and providing support to the Finance director.

The successful candidate will have excellent admin skills and will ideally have knowledge or experience of Pensions. You will also have a good level of skill on MS Office.

Responsibilities:
Pension
Run bank statements on Monday and send to Aon
Check bank statement on request from Aon for AVC funds received
Deal with any queries from Aon regarding entries into the bank
Review bank balance for funds & review with Pension Manager on a monthly basis or when funds are running low
Transfer balances from Current Account to Call account and back as necessary
Raise paper work for payments to be made out of the pension scheme bank account
Raise paperwork for the Investment Manager Invoices to be paid via BNYM
Raise request to transfer Clerical Medical AVC payment monthly
Help with Market documentation where possible

Expenses
Auditing of expense vouchers
Administering Amex card
Ensuring company car drivers submit regular claims
Housekeeping for the Expenses database
Balancing of weekly expense payments
Raising payment request for weekly payment
Issuing of weekly advice slips
Deal with expenses queries

Other
Raising of PO's
Ordering of Stationery items
Raising travel requests
Archiving expenses & Accounts
Other projects as they arise within the team
