A large London based Retailer is looking for a Senior Change Analyst to join their Business Change and Transformation team as they undertake a significant and exciting Business Intelligence Transformation Programme.

The Senior Change Analyst's responsibilities will include:

-Supporting the Lead of BC&T on delivering a successful Bi Transformation programme including:
  • Programme Management oversight, supporting the delivery of transformation project
  • Strong governance and stakeholder management to ensure there is buy in and clarity at all levels during the transformation
  • Working with IT to determine the technology and data requirements for BI to meet its transformation vision
  • Supporting / managing specific work streams within the wider transformation programme, in particular:
  • End-to-end delivery of strategic solutions including associated technology, analytics, reporting, insight and action
  • Prioritisation and direction of their work stream to support the transformation being delivered in an agile and flexible way, driving real business benefits continuously during transformation. Rather than the traditional heavy up front investment and later realisation of benefits approach

-Supporting the Lead of BC&T in determining the Strategy for Bi, with a particular focus on identifying Strategic delivery projects

-Support the Lead of BC&T in providing the day to day operational management of the team to ensure that there is a seamless transition from current services to future service offerings as they are evolved during transformation

-Work with peer's who are responsible for the technical delivery both within Business as Usual reporting and analytical work and strategic delivery

The Senior Change Analyst will be accountable for:
  • BI delivery
  • Project Delivery
  • Benefits and business case
  • Challenge and change management
  • Partnering / 3rd Party Management

Senior Change Analyst must haves are:
  • Experience in managing team of analysts
  • Experience of delivering BI(as opposed to MI) at an operational and strategic level
  • Good knowledge on BI systems, infra-structures and data process flows.
  • Extensive experience in delivery of transformational changes
  • Strong knowledge on data and infra-structure.
  • Good understanding on key reporting tools.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
