Due to rapidly expanding business within our sales division, we are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated Senior Consultant Recruiter 80-100 %
Who are you?
You will have completed a commercial apprenticeship or university degree, and ideally will have experience in recruitment or a similar customer facing function (e.g. call center). Any general IT or engineering skills that you possess will be a distinct advantage.
You will also have a keen intuition for sales and customer service, which will be coupled with a professional and friendly demeanour and excellent social skills. Being a team player and go the extra Mile with your team is also an important part of this role.
What will you do?
- Conduct searches for active candidates using the network, as well as internal and external platforms
- Thoroughly screen candidates with matching profiles against the job description
- Write and publish advertisements for internal and external job boards, to attract the best candidates
- Maintain on-going relationships with existing clients
- Expand your network constantly, by meeting with potential candidates on a regular basis
- Schedule candidate interviews with clients as requested
- Assist your colleagues as necessary with challenging vacancies and tasks
- Complete all the recruitment administration and data entry into CRM tool
