The selected candidate will manage project team(s) and project deliverables.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Direct, assign, and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
  • Assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project team members.
  • Maintain project plans, monitor progress, status of team, and status of individual members.
  • Establish and manage ongoing project budgets.
  • Facilitate project meetings, risk assessments, issue identification, and strategy discussions with cross functional project teams and applicable personnel, including senior management.
  • Consult with management and review project proposals to determine projects' objectives and goals, timeframes, funding, required resources, and procedures for accomplishing projects.
  • Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project product/service life cycle, and providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress.
  • Develop, adjust and monitor project plans specifying goals, strategies, scheduling, risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources.

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Project
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Project management/SDLC methodologies (eg, Waterfall, Agile, PMBOK, etc.)
  • Eight years of progressive experience managing application development projects, working with large-scale, complex on-line systems. Project management certification, such as Project Management Institute's (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
