Description
If you're a Project Manager who's looking to join an award winning company on a contract basis, working on one of New Zealand's most high profile projects, then this is the role for you.
You will be a very experienced and successful Project Manager with a proven track record in managing large scale complex projects from inception through to completion.
You will come from an Engineering, Property or Architecture background and be competent at managing contractors, consultants and budgets of at least NZ $100M.
Good communication skills are vital to the success of this role, and you will use your experience of managing multi source teams to ensure this high profile project is completed on time and within budget.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have over 10 years' post qualification experience managing large complex projects, maning teams and budgets
- Ideally have experience of airport projects (both land and airside)
- Extensive site based construction experience
- Health & Safety management experience in the construction industry
