Description
Our client is a well-known brand in the Telecommunications industry and is seeking an experienced Operations Service Specialist to come on board on an initial 9 month contract.
In this role you will be responsible for providing 1st level support for both the Global Contact Centres & Customer Service Delivery business units. You will also be supporting IT and Network incidents to maximise Telstra's ability to provide service to customers.
Key Criteria:
- Experience in providing 1st level support ideally within the Telecommunications Sector.
- Given the team provides support to the Service Delivery Business 24 hours a day 7 days a week you will be required to operate on a shift roster basis.
- Advanced computer and analytical skills.
- Contact Centre background would be highly regarded.
