Complaints Manager - North West - NHSLooking for a Complaints Manager, with extensive NHS experience to join the NHS In the North West area. This exciting opportunity for Complaints manager , to start immediately and join the NHS to improve complaints and patient experience team.This opportunity is seeking an experience NHS professional who has experience within Primary Care Trust Complaints Management and PALs service within an NHS organisation.
Skills needed for this role, NHS experience, experience with Datix , Analytical skills and report writing, Able to implement systems and processes, Knowledge of NHS clinical and quality governance, Considerable experience of producing reports of high quality for presentation at a senior level, Demonstrable experience of effective complaint management within the NHS and Primary Care.
You will provide expert and professional advice to senior colleagues and further develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
As a Complaints Manager you will ensure high quality response to complaints & concerns, making sure Trust policy and procedures are fit for purpose, meet statutory regulations, regulatory requirements and are in keeping with the principles of the Francis Report recommendations.
