A fantastic opportunity has arisen working for my London based client, they are currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their organisation on a 12 month contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the service aspect of the onshore infrastructure and platform teams by working with the executive managers and team leaders to help embed their ITIL processes. This will include helping individuals better understand the key, common metrics, as well as help develop specific metrics for each team. This role will also be expected to work with the teams to create documented service improvement plans which can be used to both work toward improving performance as well as help publicise the successes of the teams.

Experience & Skills:

-Service Level Management skills - demonstrable experience in both defining and managing internal and external service levels.

-Experience working in an outsourced/managed service environment which also retains an onshore capability.

-A proven problem solver able to implement and engender change that continually seeks to improve the service to their users.

-Strong relationship skills and confidence in communicating at all levels within the IT hierarchy.

-Strong process management skills and the ability to implement, and maintain adherence to global processes.

-Demonstrable & proven delivery track record.

-Highly developed written communication skills and be capable of producing global and sensitive communications to a varied audience.
