End-user support - Streaming / Web - European Commission - Brussels
For one of our projects at the European Institutions in Brussels, we are urgently looking for an End-user support.
Main tasks:
- User guidance and support regarding the use of the streaming platform.
- Treat and follow-up users' requests for streaming services.
- Receive and follow-up users' feedback related to the streaming services in general and to the functioning of specific streaming in particular.
- Ensure the follow-up of incidents; perform debugging and/or reporting of incidents.
- Follow-up bug reports.
- Accept, dispatch and monitor calls from technical helpdesk.
- Monitor correct operations of the system and perform error detection tests.
- Edit audio and video files.
- Contribute to improvement and maintenance of informatics tools and services.
- Give assistance to the users in technical diagnostics.
- Run technical, functional and integration tests.
- Supervising the smooth running of the system and providing advice on how to improve the service.
For this role you need to have experience in:
- Proven knowledge in end-user assistance and support of information systems.
- Good IT skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in a team.
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings.
- Able to use the office automation tools used in the European Commission (MS-Office).
Languages:
Fluent in English and French is an asset
