Support operational workflows for the new product lines. Responsible for the support of the daily operational workflows such as: customer enrollments and renewals, customer service, rate management, and invoicing. Subject matter expert on workflows and processes.Skills:
- 1+ years Working with operational process flows; ensuring deliverable and timelines, identifying and implementing process/system improvements. (preferred)
- 3-5+ years Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency (intermediate to advanced level of proficiency preferred) - currently using office 2010
- associates degree or higher in Business, marketing, operations management, or related disciple
