We are now looking for an IT Delivery Manager, Business Unit IT
Vattenfall is now looking for the right person to fill the position of IT Delivery Manager in the new Vattenfall organisation. Apart from the overall changes in Vattenfall, Staff Function IT is currently in a transformation program to further optimize their delivery and to contribute even more to the businessstrategies. As a consequence of this Staff Function IT remains part of Corporate Staff Functions as of January 1, 2014, and provides all IT services for the Continental / UK and Nordic region as well as for the Corporate organisation. Vattenfall IT Support systems,develops and implement methods, practices and mandatory common IT processes to support the business.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Coordinate IT Service catalogue (technical and business Service Catalogue)
- Set up vendor requirements on a strategical and tactical level
- Tactical vendor management (to be build up) in combination with the other Vendor Managers
- Process coordinator for vendor management
- Contact mainly with Service Managers
- Focus Vattenfall customers (Minimum contact directly with the Vendors)
You will report to the Manager Service Integration, Application Operation, Staff Function IT, Vattenfall Corporate.
We are looking for:
- A bachelor or university degree.
- Experience in Vendor/ Supplier Management. Preferably you have broad experience in Catalogue management.
- Team player with general strategic thinking in the relevant areas
- Ability to build and maintain trustful working relationships to peers, Vattenfall internal customers and staff
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, to take initiative and to follow-through
- Flexible to travel to different Vattenfall locations
- Ability to manage stakeholder at times of conflicting interests.
