Hi,I’ve just opened a new company called Pencil Pros and we’re about a week or two away from launching. Our goal is to provide a whole range of design services with a focus on creating things from scratch (i.e. pencil sketch) in an effort to be as creative and limitless as possible. We are trying to have a “vintage” vibe, but will be specializing in anything from old school to ultra modern.
I almost have a whole team lined up, but would like one or two website and app designers on board. I’m a strong proponent of Wordpress and would ideally like someone who can create smart Wordpress themes from scratch, as well as customize and setup premium themes that people purchase. It’s important that you also have experience with other platforms as well as html/css.
I don’t know much about app design, but would like to have people on board who can create apps from start to scratch for any purpose our clients might require.
This is a freelance/telecommute position, and will be slow going at first while we get off the ground. At the moment a lot of designers have agreed to around $25/hour. If would be good to have people comfortable around this rate, although I understand work will be quoted on a per project basis.
