For a client of ours in the telecom industry, we are looking for a Functional Analyst. Please note that we will only take into consideration, candidates who have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst in the telecom industry. Furthermore, we are looking for a candidate who has been working on projects with a minimum duration of 1 year.
Start date: ASAP
Project duration: 3 months contracts, with high possibility of extension
Location: Brussels, Belgium

The job is situated in the Billing domain within Information Technology Services department.
You will be part of the team which is responsible for the development and support of IT solutions for billing.
As functional application analyst of our Customer Oriented Billing system, you will be responsible for the translation of the IT and business needs to functional specifications on which you also make a cost calculation.
On a project based way, you are creatively looking at different solutions. You will ensure a clear and structured documentation and this both to the users and to the developers and testers. You give the necessary functional support to colleagues and users.
Profile:
- You are a Bachelor or Master in Informatics or equal by experience
- You have experience as analyst in a complex IT environment.
- Functional knowledge of billing is an advantage.
