My client a leading Airline Group Based near Slough is looking for a Communications and change specialist to join their team for a project based near Slough. This client would be a great addition to any CV.

Contract: 6 months
Rate: £250 a day

Role
Provide specialist expertise to develop and deliver internal communications materials associated with transformation and change in unionised environments
Skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to deal with a broad range of communication activities and channels, including media, websites, publications, marketing, social media and events
- Ability to self-manage and operate independently but also take clear and specific direction
- Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced global environment with tight deadlines, finite resources and conflicting priorities
Experience
- Track record of working in HR and or communications roles in large, complex global transformation programmes
- Experience of designing communications that enable and facilitate constructive industrial relations in a unionised environment
- Experience working in an HR role in an environment of change involving process, policy and technology using multiple communication channels
