• Execute requests, implement changes and resolve incidents using IRIS• Execute Aperture requests
• Review correctness of CMDB, Aperture and Filemaker Pro Lan DB and suggest corrections
• Correctly label patch cables
• Coordination of Racking/Cabling Requirements
o manage IRIS request queue, assign the work to Netconnect onsite resources
o manage DCRF/Aperture request queue, assign the work to Netconnect onsite resources
o Create Tendor for Netconnect
o Review Quotes from Netconnect
o Supervise Implementations
o Primary Project Contact w/r to cabling and network design
• Maintain Accurate DC Cabling info in Filemaker LAN DB as well as Aperture
