Your tasks:
- Supervision of the Swiss and Austrian Automatic Backup and Control Solution
- Responsible for e2e Service Ownership
- Coordination of all maintenance and development activities
- Coordination over all needed subservices
- Being focal point for account teams, service management in case of requests, information needs, trouble shooting activities, incident management
- Further developing and defining new functional enhancements to improve, extend service portfolio
- Guide, advice and support solution deployment to new accounts
Your qualifications
- Master of ABC service and dveloper of the ABC Tool Automated Backup Client Monitoring
- TCP/IP / network skills
- OS Admin basic skills on all major plattforms Wintel (1st prio), AIX, Linux
- Basic to in depth knowledge of Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM - for OS and extended versions), Tivoli Data Protection (TPC)
- Symantec Backup Exec and Symantec NetBackup
- Scripting on Wintel and Unix platform
- Profiund Java skills
- Good Infrastructure/ Application Architecture skills
