Office Manager - English & French Speaking - Rennes

My client who are a leading company developer in the media mobile space are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their existing team based in Rennes for an initial 3 month contract. The ideal candidate will speak both French and English to provide office management of the Rennes site, HR local support, Site manager assistant.

Key Responsibilities;

*Provide total support to VPs and Directors such as: travel request, travel expenses, working hours, vacations, approval on internal system, meetings bookings
*Be main contact point on matters relating to admin, legal, facilities, security and health & safety issues, purchase orders, budget management, expense limits checking, invoicing, mobile device fleet management, etc.
*Maintain and update various administration and HR files and documentation
*Maintain and organise client-facing documents and templates (reports, letters, fax, photocopying, e-mail)
*Ensure that the access card system is up to date with entries/departures
*Organise internal and external meetings
*Manage a part time Admin assistant and ensure high standard of support to the office

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of the above responsibilities who is flexible on travel if needed, speaking both English and French.
