Essential Duties and Job Functions:
* You will be responsible for direct sourcing of potential candidates to help build the recruiting pipeline.
* Emphasis will be placed on direct contact to potential candidates, industry networking, utilizing internal referrals, and the use of advertising to attract a diverse pool of top talent.
* Successful candidate will utilize their prior successful experience in filling demanding biotech or pharmaceutical positions to attract candidates.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
* Must be fluent in Spanish, Italian or Portuguese
* Solid and proven experience in sourcing candidates in an executive search and/or agency environment.
* Experience sourcing candidates in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
* Demonstrated experience in building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing.
* Strong experience with Internet sourcing, the utilization of company's internal databases, and networking to achieve recruiting results.
* Experience of sourcing across Europe would be beneficial
