Job Description
• Improvements of Service Catalogue
• Setting up and specifying Service Level Agreements
• Defining Service Desk processes
• Coordinating with IT Senior Executives
Must Haves
• Expert knowledge of IT service catalogues
• Able to define and implement service desk processes
• Proven track record in stakeholder management
• Familiarity with knowledge databases
• Excellent English skills writtena dn spoken
