Title: Manager, Vulnerability Management

Our client in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a Manager for their Vulnerability Management team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing the scoping, coordination, execution, communication, and interpretation of Vulnerability Scanning and Penetration Testing Activities.

This will involve working with Third Party testing companies, MST business units, and other business
Client Details: Our client is one of the nation's premier omnichannel retailers, with fiscal 2012 sales of $27.7 billion. The company operates about 840 stores in 45 states.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate, manage, coach, develop, and lead the team responsible for the design, delivery, and support of Vulerability Testing and Penetration Testing activities
Act as an escalation point for the team and assist with emergency and ad-hoc testing requests from the business
Create, measure, analyze, and present reports to management on vulnerabilities discovered and strategic remediation recommendations
Create and present regular updates to management on team projects, progress, and metrics on team projects and initiatives
Conduct employee reviews, budget planning, interviewing, and hiring for the Vulnerability Management team

Skills Summary:
Experience managing a Vulnerability Management or Penetration Testing program, and strong working knowledge of Vulnerability Management and Penetration Testing life cycles, processes, and procedures
Experience working with Third Party Penetration Testing providers and leading internal penetration testing efforts
Background working with or managing vulnerability scanning tools, such as Qualys, and remediation tracking tools
Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills are required for this position
Solid influencing and collaboration experience establishing partnerships across business units, and solid documentation skills
Experience managing and coordinating with Third Party penetration testing companies
Working knowledge of vulnerability and penetration testing tools such as Qualys, Nessus, Metasploit, and Core Impact
Strong ability to partner with the areas where vulnerabilities are found to provide remediation guidance
Bachelor's degree preferred and 8-10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
