My client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to assistant in improving the overall effectiveness/efficiency of their Salesforce CRM system. The successful candidate will possess an extensive understanding of the platform and is able to demonstrate their experience in reporting, dashboards, custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, assignment rules, sharing rules, workflows and approvals. In addition to this the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their capability in creating and managing integrations between Salesforce and other systems.

Role Summary

  • Manage all users, data, and security
  • Ability to customise Salesforce to support business requirements
  • Ability to manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems
  • Design advanced reports, dashboards, and business process automation
  • Package deployment and data migration
  • Confidence and ability to suggest improvements to Salesforce to better meet the needs of the business
  • Stakeholder Management experience

Requirements

  • Minimum of Salesforce Administrator 201 Certification
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce - including reporting, dashboards, custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, email-to-case, assignment rules, sharing rules
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident with the ability to prioritise and meet deadline working under pressure
