Description
Estimator/Estimating/Bidding/ACCA/CIMA/Risk Analysis. SC/DV Cleared.Required experience:
- Estimating/bidding experience
- A financial qualification such as ACCA/CIMA/qualified accountant is preferred
- Experience of risk analysis
Essential Requirements:
- Experience of estimating/bidding work
- Modelling/excel skills
- SC or DV Clearance is highly desirable
- Ability to interact and challenge at all levels
The role:
- Identify and understand any areas of financial risk and build mitigation paths
- To challenge expectations to ensure baseline will deliver VFM
- Support generation and assurance of financial elements within strategic case
- Supports generation and assurance of financial elements within deployment model and cost assumptions
- To analyse and check models to ensure up-to-date and accurate cost
- Work with procurement to verify information on quotes and ROM's
- Monitor resource profiling and ensure appropriate rates are applied
- Work with key stakeholders to verify the finance numbers
