URGENT LIVE POSITION: Routing & Switching Support Engineer
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Start Date: ASAP
Length: 12 Month Rolling Contract

Summary:
Our client, a Global Leading Service Provider is urgently seeking Routing & Switching Support Engineer. The Consultant will provide support services around routing & switching solutions.

Skill Summary:
Understanding and hands-on experience working on Cisco R&S platforms and hands-on experience in networking Infrastructure
Minimum 2 years of related work experience in technical support/operations environment
Good technical foundation in networking (CCNA/CCNP level equivalent or above)
Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering)
Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
Effective Troubleshooting and Analytical skills
Knowledge and experience in Cable networks (HFC) is an advantage
Knowledge & experience in IPTV is an advantage
Willing to work on shifts if required (morning & evening in EU time Zone)
