Job Title: Customer Delivery Manager
Job Duration: 6 months
Job Location: Sweden
The Job Description is as follows:
Responsible for all Client delivery for end Client, Manage all projects and escalations on a strategic Project level.
Achieving the business goals of Project.
Interacting with End Client Programme management to ensure that Client delivered Services are aligned with End Client deliveries and approach.
Representing Client at the highest level and focusing on strategic planning, innovation, customer satisfaction, and sustaining Clients business with End Client.
Participate in Strategic/Tactical Committee Meetings.
Should have worked in Telecom Domain.
Should have worked in IT Side rather than Networks or Infra/Data Center
Previous experience in delivering transformation programs
Experience managing managed services (IT + Infra) contracts
Should be fluent in Native Language (SWEDISH)
