Description
Our client is currently seeking a UI designer/developer to expand their already busy team on an initial six month contract.The project itself is to develop the Graphical User Interfaces (GUI's) for their debugger tools. These are Windows based in Java.This person must bring with several years of experience of projects developing GUI's.
We are looking for a developer who has recent or long term GUI development experience working with Java.
For the right candidate with pre existing GUI development experience, C++ experience would be acceptable, as Java skills can be refreshed or taught on site.
It is essential that you have strong UI development experience in the engineering world - not web based work or financial institution work.
The ideal candidate would have UI development experience in an embedded environment as the UI's are often more complex. Or electronics and application development
