Function:

Purchase to Pay Support Officer for Steering Centre Cost Accounting

You provide day to day 1st line customer support at central level to users (worldwide, but most important countries are France, Belgium, Luxemburg and Morocco) of systems and processes in the scope of the Steering Centre:

SAP (modules SRM, MM, SD, FICO, PS, AA, FM, RE);

Basware (invoice and WF tool);

Ulysse Concur (Expense Claims tool).

You will participate in one or more of the following activities:

Incident Management

Track all customer requests in our incident management tool RTS (Jira based tool);

Respond to all non-complex functional and technical customer requests within defined KPI and Quality standards (knowledge database based). This includes Standard Master data updates (limited list) and standard reporting requests (system extracts) from Key users;

Perform a functional analysis of the question/problem and the test of the potential problem;

Escalate complex incidents to 2nd level support in our Business Analysis teams;

Update our knowledge database with documented solutions of recurrent incidents;

Internal Security management;

Your task is to attribute people to Profiles when requested (create, change, delete).

Required Skills

Experience 2-3 years of professional experience;

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience;

It is an asset if you have Financial degree or relevant experience;

SAP (modules SRM, MM, SD, FICO, PS, AA, FM, RE);

Basware (invoice and WF tool);

Ulysse Concur (Expense Claims tool).
