Our client, a global leading high precision machine manufacturing organisation, is looking for a Software Design Engineer to work on a long term contract basis within their engineering division. They are looking for a suitable candidate to join ASAP, with the position based in the Netherlands.Job Responsibilities:
The Software Design Engineer is responsible for creating clear specifications, making the efficient design choices and to 'make it happen' by also implementing the design. Customer satisfaction is the number one driver for my client and thus for every software engineer. You will be working on number crunches into detail under high time pressure.
Technical Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master level with an education in Embedded Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, Mechatronics, Engineering or comparable.
• We are only looking for engineers with 2 to 5 years of experience.
• Must have strong experience in Matlab, working on microprocessors.
• Must have strong experience in C, C++, realtime, UML.
• Must have worked on Unix/Linux development.
• Nice to have experience in Python and VxWorks
