An Asset Manager with over $50bn AUM is looking for a Compliance Officer to join their business. I also have a mid to senior level role within a top 10 consultancy focusing on the same work.
Both of the roles have a broad coverage of work however the below will be a good guideline of what we are looking for.
You will be:
- Of an Asset Management
- Providing support to the Head of Compliance and other senior members of the Legal/Compliance and Risk teams.
- Worked in on business change environments where regulation is the key driver
- Someone who has liaised with the FCA/FSA on a regular basis in most of your recent roles
- Highlighting any regulatory risks and escalating matters of concern from the programme to senior stakeholders
- Ad hoc for compliance assistance/advice
- Experienced in attending key business committees and have been a part of these in your previous roles
Essentials:
- Knowledge of AIFMD
- UCITS
- CASS / Ring Fencing
- Regulatory Change
- Financial Promotions
- Worked on Policies and Procedures
- Dealing with and implementing change
