JD:
- Bachelor's degree, professional project certification, or equivalent work experience required
- 12+ years experience working in a Fund Services environment with proven Implementation line management responsibilities
- Considerable experience within Transfer Agency, on Dublin/Luxembourg Domiciled funds.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office products (Visio, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint)
- Applies fresh, innovative thinking to drive better client/customer experience
- Proven Vendor and client management experience
- Experience with Process Management, Analysis and Design methodologies.
- Experience of a managing across multiple work-streams at a global level, with virtual teams
- Proactive, well organized, detail oriented, possess strong decision making ability and capacity to work independently.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes.
