Role: Change Programme Implementation Manager - Fund Services
Location: Luxembourg/Dublin

JD:

  • Bachelor's degree, professional project certification, or equivalent work experience required
  • 12+ years experience working in a Fund Services environment with proven Implementation line management responsibilities
  • Considerable experience within Transfer Agency, on Dublin/Luxembourg Domiciled funds.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office products (Visio, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint)
  • Applies fresh, innovative thinking to drive better client/customer experience
  • Proven Vendor and client management experience
  • Experience with Process Management, Analysis and Design methodologies.
  • Experience of a managing across multiple work-streams at a global level, with virtual teams
  • Proactive, well organized, detail oriented, possess strong decision making ability and capacity to work independently.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes.
