Description
Synergy Consulting Group is looking for a Software Engineer for a 5+ month contract in Pittsburgh.
In this position, you will perform the set ups and modifications of file transfers for external customers. You will coordinate with various internal teams including Network, Security and MIS to ensure accurate results. Also, you will troubleshoot transmissions issues as required and escalate where necessary.
This position pays up $20 per hour.
Skills need for this position include:
1) Basic understanding and knowledge of communication protocols (ie HTTPs, FTP, SSL, etc)
2) Robust customer service skills. The ability to work well with internal and external customers.
