Description
We are looking for an end-user support coordinator for a long-term 12 months + contract with our manufacturing client in Coatesville, PA. They will be responsible for supporting mobile devices, laptops, desktops, copiers and printers. A great deal of their IT services are outsources, so a great deal of this role will be working with the end-users to ensure that the service providers take care of their issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills:
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Understanding of corporate technology
Desire to work in an IT support role.
