GCS Construction/Quantity Surveyor/Civils/Contract
GCS is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor with 5 + years' experience to join one of the leading Construction consultancies. My client is involved in the Rail Improvement framework involving power upgrades and heavy Civil work along the Paddington to Swansea main line.
The successful candidate will be working for a global company with expertise in property and infrastructure professional services.
Experience in the following is essential:
- Extensive knowledge of NEC forms of contract
- Cost management
- Working and liaising with sub-contractors
- Value engineering
- Measuring bills of quantities
You must be qualified in BSc Quantity Surveying and have previous experience working within Rail or other Heavy Civils.
