A leading multinational in Dublin City centre is looking for a French speaker collection specialist to join their busy team. Based in their modern office this job offers the successful applicant an opportunity to gain experience in credit collections. This contract is initially for 3-month period but the most of the times the contracts are extended.
In order to be considered for this position, you need to have worked previously in a multinational environment. Previous credit control experience is an advantage, however candidates with strong customer service experience or a finance background will also be considered. Working knowledge of MS Office including excel is a must. Fluency in French is a must too.
Responsibility for the timely management of the cash receivables from clients and their customers, ensuring that cash collection activities meet the requirements of the Client by reducing aged debt, maximising collection and collating high quality dispute information. Routine telephone calls to delinquent customer accounts, and management of problems that delay collections, including timely and effective communication with other departments.
