Siebel CRM Functional Analyst (financial module)
Location: Brussels
Our banking client who is based in Brussels are looking for a Siebel CRM Functional Analyst to support and develop the CRM tool Matrix (Siebel)
Required knowledge/Experience:
- Experience At least 5 years of experience with Siebel (technical & functional)
- Functional analyst experience: writing functional designs
Mandatory Technical Experience:
- Very good knowledge of Siebel OOTB (financial module) both functionally & technically.
Preferable:
- Javascript, J-Query, HTML5, CSS
Mandatory Business Experience:
- Acting as a Middleware between the business & technical teams
- Translating business requirements into functional requirements
- Guiding the technical teams to the best solutions
Preferable:
- Used to work with international off-shore teams
