Description
A Citrix 3rd Line Support Engineer is required for an immediate start in East Anglia, the role is initially for 6 months covering maternity leave. You will be able to design, implement and troubleshoot various Citrix environments, including having excellent 3rd line troubleshooting skills, ideally from an IT Managed Service environment.Key Skills
- Citrix: CCAA/CCEE for virtualisation
- CCA/CCP-Windows Operating Systems, Windows Server, Exchange,
- Microsoft: MCPTS - Windows 2008 R2 Server VMware,
- In depth knowledge of Windows profiles
- Virtualisation Microsoft Office Applications
