Service Request Analyst - Customer service - Helpdesk support - Service Centre

£65 - £70 per day

6 month rolling contract

The role:

PTS Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading global client who is seeking to hire 2x Service Request Analyst's. Working as part of the Service Request team, you will be providing telephone based Password and requests support to over 100,000 internal customers.

Essentials:

  • Driven to provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Proven team working skills but also able to use own initiative to support our customers
  • Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining excellent customer service and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to utilise excellent written and verbal communication to customers of all abilities and levels
  • Self-motivated and confident in own ability

Successful candidates will have a good understanding of Windows Operating Systems and experience of using Remedy as a workflow engine for requests and tasks.

In addition you will have good knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel and excellent customer service skills.

The role is based in Derbyshire and it is initially a 3 month contract with a possibility of rolling 6 month extensions. Training will also be provided to successful candidates as part of the induction process.
