Proteus Europe are currently looking for an experienced system architect with experience using Infor Epiphany for one of our clients based in Sweden.contact management (CRM) consists of several component parts, The parts we use are the following:
o Infor Epiphany Sales 7.04
o Infor Epiphany Service 7:04
o Infor Interaction Advisor 10.021 and 10.03
o Implement Outbound Marketing 10:03
o Infor Email Marketing 8.5.3.2
o Orbis MRM 8.5
o Data Marts (Is not a system but a friendly very central data mart)
Proprietary parts of the system is made of:
o JavaServer Pages
o Servlet
These components / systems are in turn installed in two different systems within customer called for:
o ESS
o Unix, AIX 7.1
o DB2 9.7
o Websphere 7.0027
o KIH (G75)
o Windows 2008 R2
o MS-SQL 2008 R2
o Websphere 8.5
The systems are very mission critical and central to our activities in:
o Customer Service
o Telemarketing
o Digital Channels
1.2 Main activities
System Architect will analyze products from a holistic perspective with a focus on:
o The systems architecture from a relationship perspective with other systems
o The systems engineering building from an architectural perspective
o The systems market position
o Schemes road-map and life cycle from a future perspective
o Assess the capacity of systems to cope with an increased future demands image
1.3 Responsibilities
o Responsible to follow guidelines and policies.
o Transfer of expertise.
o Monitor project established working
o Create a written final report on the results
1.5 Cooperation Relationships
o The person may interact with a stabilization conducted in another project
