I am currently recruiting for an EHR Project Manager based at a large Trust in the South West.

The contract will be a minimum of 1 year and the project is potentially going to take upto 2 years.

Rate at this point is negotiable dependant upon experience.

Interviews will be held on the week starting the 10th November 2014.
Expected Start Date - 17th November 2014

Roles and Responsibilities:

- To oversee the management and control of the implementation of the Intersystems Trakcare solution with specific reference to the Trusts contractual responsibilities.

- To report to the Programme Manager and the approved Board structure on the progress of the project The development and approval of Project Initiation Documents, Stage Plans and Resource Plans. For the day-to-day project management of the project to deliver the Trusts capability.

- Management of project schedules for NHS components and securing the Trusts resources Risk and issue management at a project level Developing quality targets by managing the production of deliverables and scheduling activities accordingly.

- Monitoring and reporting progress.

- Working with other project managers within the programme to maintain the integrity of programme dependencies.

Experience needed:

- A project manager with extensive experience of implementation of projects within complex health organisations, with a project management accreditation such as PRINCE 2 practitioner.

- MSP Practitioner accreditation would also be useful.

- Experience implementing Patient Administration Systems or other clinical applications in an acute trust environment.

- Experience of implementing an Intersystem Trakcare application would be useful.

- Extensive stakeholder engagement skills and experience of working with business change leads and senior clinicians in an acute trust environment.

- Experience of working to tight contractually imposed deadlines. Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
