Description
The purpose of this role is to oversee the design and development of the clients' new products & systems development working on HV Partial Discharge and Electrical Power Systems. The client is an expert in the growing industry of on-line partial discharge (OLPD) condition monitoring of in-service, medium voltage (MV) and high voltage (HV) networks. The client offers a complete range of OLPD diagnostic test and monitoring equipment to provide an 'early warning' of 'incipient' high voltage insulation faults.The role is a Project/Product Management opportunity with a focus on overseeing the Production, R&D and engineering departments across the UK. The successful candidate will be working directly with the managing director having a team of 8-10 reporting directly in to them and will have overall responsibility for managing the team.

Candidate profile:
The search for the successful candidate for these roles will be based off the following criteria:
- 5+ Years of experience in the Electrical Engineering Industry preferably in HV & MV markets
- The potential candidate needs to be personable but can manage the team effectively to gain the best results for the company as a whole.
- Previous experience of working in the OEM markets on Electrical Power Systems.
- Experience of working in both the Renewable and Oil & Gas (Onshore & Offshore) markets would be ideal as those markets make up the core business areas
