Murex Developer - Our client, a major bank, is currently lookng for an experienced Murex Developer for developing, enhancing and supporting the FO integration scope of their Murex architecture, including feeds from Front Office Systems, Workflows, Pre Trade rules, and Market Data interfaces.Description:
- This is a critical Software Engineer role within the Murex team focused on the integration with the Front Office Systems.
- The Software Engineer is responsible for the development and milestone deliveries as part of the Murex team Book of Work and Run the Bank tasks.
Key skills required:
- Murex Workflow design and implementation - MxML Exchange/Event/Contract/Deliverable
- Pre Trade rules and associated pre trade Workflows
- OSP rights , STP rights , Navigation templates and views
- Market Data load to Murex - Fixings, FX rates, Calendars
- XML, XSL, Freemarker TBC , SQL , PLSQL
- JAVA
- Interface scripting - UNIX / bash / Perl
- IRD and FX Option Product Knowledge
- The candidate has to show commitment to the success of each delivery and has to be a good team-player
- The ability to translate business needs into technical solutions are essential for this position
- Fluent written and spoken English, German is advantageous
