My client, a leading UK organisation, is seeking an experienced Internal Recruitment Consultant to join the HR and Recruitment team. You will be expected to proactively support Managers in running recruitment campaigns and moving staff into new posts, and acting as the main point of contact for job applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate requirements:
- Knowledge of resourcing, workforce planning, talent identification, selection and assessment, and Service Delivery
- Excellent costumer service skills
- Strong organisation and planning skills
